Our Care Boxes are crafted and personalized for each customer based on where they are in their journey to Motherhood by providing gifts and essentials to help make their pregnancy experience one of a kind!

Each of our three Care Boxes are personalized based upon the information provided to us when you order. The Care Boxes contain pregnancy wellness literature, as well as hand picked gifts and essentials that create the ultimate gift box experience with us. Our Care Boxes are the:

  • Let’s Prep Monthly Subscription

  • Queen Mommy

The “Let’s Prep” Monthly Subscription Box is for the Queen that needs to start her baby shopping journey early. Every month you receive a small box with a few items for you and baby and by the delivery date you have everything you need! It’s like a baby shower every month! The Crown Jewel of our Care Boxes is the Queen Mommy which includes gifts and essentials to help Mommy through her baby's first month!


CAN I ORDER FOR A LOVED ONE?

Absolutely! Our Care Boxes are meant to be given as gifts! That's the beauty of them...they are a "two-in-one" package that gives you pregnancy wellness resources and gifts for your loved one to cherish! They make excellent gifts for Baby Showers, Birth Announcements, Gender Reveals, Congrats on giving birth, and more!

Q: How long does it take to receive the Care Box?

A: Please allow one to two business day for processing and three business days for shipping directly to you. International shipments may take up to twenty business days to arrive depending on the Country where you live. Expedited shipping is also available.


Q: Where is my Care Box?

A: Once you place your order, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your order and you will also receive an order number. Once your care box order is processed, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to check the status of your delivery. Remember to create an account online with us to check the status of your order as well! If you do not receive your care box, please email us at sweetpeachic@outlook.com.


Q: How do I cancel my order?

A: To cancel an order please email us within 24 hours of completing your order online. Once the box ships the order cannot be canceled. Please allow three to five business days for a refund to process.


Q: Can I return my Care Box if I'm not happy with it?

A: Absolutely! Please email us at sweetpeachic@outlook.com and request to return your Care Box. We will send you a shipping label for the return at no cost to you. We do ask that if you are returning your Care Box that you return with the receipt and include all of the contents originally sent with the box. Once we receive your Care Box back you have the option of a full refund or a Care Box credit. All returns must be requested within three days of receipt in order to receive a full refund.


Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping in the US is charged at a flat rate of $8.95. International rates may vary based upon the receiving Country.
