On A La Carte orders please allow 7-14 business days to receive order. Subscription orders will ship between the 11th and 16th of each month. Allow 5 to 7 days for shipping on initial subscription orders.
NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR ORDER 24 HOURS AFTER BEING PLACED.
All orders are shipped via UPS, unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO.
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. It will also contain your order#.
Step 1: A confirmation email is received once you place your order.
Step 2: Your order is in line to begin processing.
Step 3: You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is in line to be packaged, labeled and shipped. Receiving this email means that your shipping label has been printed.
Step 4: Stay up-to-date on your order by checking your tracking number. The tracking number will update once it has arrived to the UPS facility.
Step 5: Your order will be delivered. This is 7-14 business days from when you placed your order for a la carte orders.
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return their products within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund. After seven days, all orders are non-refundable.
Please email babyboxorders@outlook.com in order to initiate a return of your products within the first seven days.
In your email provide:
Provide the following information for a return/refund:
* Company Name
* Contact Name
* E-mail Address
* Order #
* Order Date
* Item Ordered
* Quantity #
* Reason for Return
2. You will receive an email with a shipping label for you to ship back the items in the original packaging it was sent in.
3. Once we receive your items back, we will initiate your refund. Refunds can take 5 to 7days to be placed back on the card used for purchase. Please check with your bank for ETAs on refund returns.
4. Once your refund is processed a member of our team will follow up via email for confirmation.
Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned.
(Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
Items returned after 7 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.
NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
